This promotion is open only to residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of Procter & Gamble, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and internet agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.

A random drawing will be conducted on or about 6/20/08 from among all eligible entries received by 11:59 p.m. ET on 5/31/08. Random drawing will be conducted by D.L. Blair, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this offer. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

A total of 17 prizes with a total approximate retail value of $15,284 will be awarded as follows: (1) Grand Prize consisting of a 3-day/2-night trip for winner and guest to one of the following 12 cities to create the ultimate 12-hour experience: New York, NY; San Francisco, CA; Chicago, IL; Washington, DC; Miami, FL; Las Vegas, NV; Los Angeles, CA; Denver, CO; Honolulu, HI; Seattle, WA; New Orleans, LA; Orlando, FL. Prize is valued at $10,000 and includes round-trip coach air transportation for two from major airport nearest winner’s home and 2-nights hotel accommodations (dbl. occupancy) PLUS spending money. The amount of spending money will be calculated by deducting the actual cost of the air transportation and hotel accommodations from the $10,000 value of the prize. Winner and guest are solely responsible for all other expenses not specifically set forth herein, including but not limited to meals, additional transportation, souvenirs and other incidentals and items of a personal nature. Winner and guest must travel on same itinerary. Alternatively, winner can choose to receive a $10,000 check in lieu of the aforementioned $10,000 travel prize. (4) First Prizes each consisting of a check in the amount of $1,000 to help you create your ultimate 12-hour experience; (12) Second Prizes each consisting of a year’s supply (12 boxes) of ThermaCare HeatWraps of winner’s choice (ARV: $107 per prize). Potential Grand and First Prize winners (or parent/legal guardian if potential winner is deemed a minor in his/her state of residence) will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability, Prize Acceptance Form and, if legally permissible, a Publicity Release within 15 days of attempted delivery of same. Noncompliance within this time period or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. Grand Prize winner’s traveling companion (or parent/legal guardian if traveling companion is a minor) must also complete and return a Release of Liability within 15 days of winner’s attempted notification. If Grand Prize winner is a minor, winner’s parent/legal guardian will be required to accompany winner on trip and will count as the winner’s guest. If a minor is selected as a traveling companion, winner must be his/her parent/legal guardian. All travelers must possess required travel documents (e.g., valid photo ID) prior to departure. Travel must be completed within one year of notification, is subject to availability and certain blackout dates may apply. Grand and First Prize winners will be notified by mail. Second Prize winners will be notified via email for their choice of ThermaCare HeatWraps. Second Prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate if winner does not return choice questionnaire within 15 days of attempted notification. No substitution or transfer of prize by winner permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. All applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. By accepting prize, winners (or parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor) agree to hold Sponsor, its directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize. Winners (or parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor) assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use winners’ names and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, including a winners’ list, unless prohibited by law. Entrants (or parent/legal guardian if entrant is a minor) agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, its directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless from and against any and all liability and damages. By participating in this promotion, entrants (or parent/legal guardian if entrant is a minor) agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the judges’ decisions which are final. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. All material submitted becomes the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Proof of submitting entries will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor.
