Ensure skin in application area is clean, dry and free of makeup, recently applied skin moisturizer, lotions and other topical analgesics.
Position wrap by lightly pressing tabs into place on your skin. Make any needed adjustments and rub over adhesive tabs firmly to “lock” in place.
Use care when handling the adhesive tabs so you don’t get anything on them that will prevent the adhesive from working (e.g., lotions, lint, hair, makeup, etc.)

Consult your doctor — It's important to do so before beginning a new exercise regimen.
Choose activities you enjoy — Make exercise a fun part of your day.
Be consistent — Maintaining an exercise regimen is one of the best ways to attain your health goals. Make fitness a part of your schedule, just as you would for other daily or weekly commitments.
Buddy up — Exercising with friends can help keep you both motivated, and may encourage you to work harder than you normally would if exercising alone.
Set realistic goals — It takes time to build strength and endurance. Rushing or over-exerting may be a source of injury.
Give yourself a reward along the way — Setting 'short-term' in addition to 'long-term' goals gives you a feeling of accomplishment toward achieving a more healthy and fit lifestyle. Something new for your wardrobe or extra pampering could do the trick!

Can be harmful if ingested. If ingested, rinse mouth with water and call a Poison Control Center immediately.
If heat cell contents come in contact with your skin or eyes, remove wrap, rinse affected area with water, and seek professional assistance immediately.
Tear open pouch when ready to use (it may take up to 30 minutes to reach therapeutic temperature).
Unfold wrap, and with darker heat cells facing up, locate the rougher, stiffer end which contains the fastening hooks.
Fold in the opposite (non-fastening hook) end to edge of heat cells, to take up excess length.
Apply to the area of pain or stiffness (on arm, thigh or leg), with darker heat cells towards skin.
Wrap and stretch fastening hook end firmly around muscle to hold product in place before fastening.
Adjust for comfort. Do not over-tighten.
Do not place heat cells on the back of the knee or inside the bend of the arm.
Place wrap flat. Do not fold, overlap or bunch the heat cells as your risk of burn is increased.
Apply before or during stretching. Remove during exercise. May be reapplied after exercise.
If 55 and older, wear over a layer of clothing, not directly against your skin.
Wear up to 8 hours. Do not wear for more than 8 hours in any 24-hour period.
Do not use during exercise.
Store at room temperature. Discard after use.
