Managing Neck, Wrist & Shoulder Pain
Approaches to muscle and joint pain management have changed dramatically in the last 10 years. Experts now recommend staying active and exercising. Use ThermaCare® HeatWraps at an early sign of pain. Combined with exercise, this can help keep muscle and joint pain under control.*
Neck and Shoulder Pain
Many professionals believe that daily stretching is an effective way to minimize neck and shoulder pain. A shoulder and/or neck massage also can help. If you experience morning neck pain, try sleeping with a different pillow. Poor posture is a common reason for neck pain, so be aware of your body positions throughout the day.
